Passionate about her role as Clearing Sales Manager, Chelsea has been in the real estate industry since 1999. Her experience is wide – accounts management, administration, property management, as well as clearing sales.
Chelsea has valuable experience in the legalities of managing clearing sales (OHS, vehicle transfers and registrations etc.) and has an excellent reputation for maintaining an ongoing rapport with vendors and buyers – her attention to customer service is second to none.
In addition, Chelsea is a fully licensed full licensed Plant & Machinery valuer and specialises in valuing household items and within the retail industry.
With the outbreak of COVID-19 traditional onsite clearing sales had to change and online clearing sales were developed. With the ability to run both online and/or onsite clearing sales this area of the business is going from strength to strength with buyers from every State in Australia and overseas including Sweden, USA, and Hong Kong.
