Luke Lowden loves sport, and jokes that he’s “quite competitive” when playing – whether it’s tennis, cricket, basketball, anything. But his major sporting passion has always been football. The former AFL Hawthorn and Adelaide Crows ruckman and key forward returned to the Goulburn Valley in 2016 and took up the senior assistant coaching position of Shepparton United.
He also took up real estate.
“I was looking for a career change. I’ve always had an interest in property and there was a fantastic opportunity at Kevin Hicks Real Estate. Even though I only began my real estate career in 2016, I’m absolutely loving it. I love the people you deal with in real estate; I love making them happy. It’s very stimulating work and every day is different.”
The former Dookie United player also loves the team environment at Kevin Hicks Real Estate. “To be a part of such an experienced and enthusiastic team is really special.”
On a personal level he says his 3 focus areas when selling property and dealing with his clients are;
- To achieve a great sale price for the vendor,
- Market and sell the property in a realistic timeframe
- With minimal fuss for both the the Vendor and Purchaser .
3 focus areas that he aims to adhere to each and every day!
Having grown up at Caniambo “Sticks” is very happy to be back in Greater Shepparton after time in Melbourne and Adelaide. “It’s fantastic; I love this region. It has great people, great local sport and a great community environment.”
